My tracking number was created but has no movement. Is my order actually shipped?

A shipping label can be created before the carrier performs the first physical acceptance scan. Statuses such as “Label Created” or “Shipment Information Sent” do not necessarily mean the package is already moving through the carrier network.

Tracking normally begins showing movement after the first carrier scan. If there is no update within 10 business days, contact support@udpwr.com with your order number and tracking number.
