Can I return a power station without the original box?

Potentially, but the power station must be packaged securely enough for regulated lithium-battery transportation. We strongly recommend keeping the original carton, protective inserts, and packaging materials.

For some warranty exchanges, UDPOWER may send a replacement first and allow the replacement packaging to be used to return the original unit. For other returns, suitable protective packaging may be required if the original box is unavailable.
