Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not already entered the shipping process. Contact support@udpwr.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.

Once fulfillment or carrier handoff has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the order may need to be handled through the applicable return process after delivery. Do not refuse delivery unless UDPOWER Support specifically instructs you to do so.
