How do I know if my UDPOWER order was successfully placed?

After your order is completed, you should receive an order confirmation email. The confirmation normally includes your order number, purchased items, shipping address, and payment information.

If you cannot find the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact support@udpwr.com with the email address used at checkout.
